- Use of the facilities of the Centre and use of the Centre premises is strictly subject to the rules and regulations of the Centre in effect at any time.
- Payment of the Annual Fee will entitle the Member to Membership of the Centre for a twelve month period (with the exception of Direct Debit payments, see Section 3).
- Payment on the monthly direct debit option is due regardless of usage. Direct debit paying members must agree to a minimum 4 months commitment. Each unpaid direct debit will be charged an additional €6.00 admin fee. This contract automatically renews on a month to month basis. This direct debit will automatically roll on if we do not receive a notice of cancellation in writing.
- In the event of cancellation, the member must give 30 days notice of their intention to cancel. A cancellation form must be completed, a copy of which will be given to the member.
- In the event of non-payment of monthly membership dues, entrance to the centre and the use of Centre facilities will be denied.
- With regard to members paying in full for annual membership: If the membership expires and is not renewed within the month of its expiry it is deemed to have expired and will be necessary for the member to reapply for membership. The membership fee must be paid in full before use of the Centre commences.
- In the event of losing Membership Card a €5 fee will be payable for a replacement.
- Membership may be terminated by the management for violation of any Rules or Regulations of the Centre or for conduct deemed by the Management to be detrimental to the welfare, good order of character or the Centre or its Members.
- The management reserves the right to utilise the Centre facilities for special events, private parties, seminars, tournaments or other events.
- A 14-day cooling off period applies for membership fees purchased online
- Memberships can be frozen or transferred under certain circumstances. A fee of 25 applies. Freeze or transfers of membership can only be granted with prior written request from the member and approval from the Centre.
- The member acknowledges that he/she is in good health and not suffering from any illness or disease.
- Smoking/Vaping within the Centre is not allowed.
- The Member acknowledges that the Centre will not be responsible for the loss of any personal items or damage to personal property, either on the Centre premises or in the Centre car parking area.
- The Member acknowledges that the Centre accepts no liability whatsoever for any personal injury or damage to personal property sustained by the Member while he/she is using the Centre premises, facilities or parking areas.
- The Member acknowledges that he/she uses the Centre premises, facilities or parking areas at his/her own risk.
- The Centre will use its best endeavours to ensure that all facilities, apparatus and equipment are maintained in working order but the Centre accepts no responsibility to the Member for failure or breakdown of any equipment or apparatus, however caused.
- In the event of any dispute arising between a Member of the Centre and the Management of the Centre the decision of the Management will be final.
- The Management of the Centre reserves the right to amend and add to these Conditions of Membership and Rules as it sees fit and the Member shall observe any amended or additional conditions or rules so made.
- On joining the Centre the Member automatically accepts and agrees to be bound by these conditions of Membership of the Centre.
Iand I
- (A) Will use the facilities of the Centre entirely at my own risk and the said Centre shall have no liability whatsoever, whether in tort or in contract, for any loss injury or damage howsoever sustained by me. I accept full responsibility for my own use of any and all the facilities, appliances, privilege or service whatsoever at my own risk and indemnify and hold harmless the Centre its shareholders and directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents or lessees from any and all loss, claim, injury damage or liability sustained or incurred by me or my property howsoever caused.
- (B) I further acknowledge that I have carefully read and understood the Rules and Regulations of the Centre and hereby undertake to abide by same.
- (C) I further understand that the terms of this agreement are to be read in conjunction with and in addition to the rules and regulations of the Centre and in the event of any conflict between the above mentioned terms and Rules and Regulations, the terms of this Membership agreement shall prevail.
