Terms & Conditions for Pool Use

• Online booking is recommended
• Online sessions booked are only valid for the times on the confirmation email or receipt as issued at reception.
• Refunds – The centre will refund the cost of booking in full if we are unable to provide the activity for which you have paid.
• Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in public sessions.
• One adult may accompany no more than three children under the age of eight in the public sessions.
• Please don not leave any clothes or valuables in the cubicles, lockers are provided, €1 coin for locker use. Coin reimbursed following use
• Details of any relevant sicknesses/disorders should be highlighted to lifeguards on each visit.
• Proper swimwear and hats must be worn.
• No running on the poolside.
• No face masks, flippers, or snorkels to be used except during specialist classes.
• No diving, shouting, bombing, acrobats, or petting.
• No eating or drinking on the poolside.
• No fighting, bullying, pushing, or ducking or throwing others into the pool.
• Under no circumstances may anyone be allowed to enter the pool under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Pool users should not come to the poolside until their session has started.
• Children are not permitted in the sauna and steam room areas and adults should not leave young children unattended to use these facilities.
• Children must use equipment properly and as instructed.
• Smoking or use of a Vape is prohibited in and around the building.
• All visitors to the centre are expected to follow the Centre’s Code of Conduct.
