Description
Join us every Tuesday at 4:15pm for a 45 minutes energising teen fitness class held in our vibrant Green Fitness Studio! This fun and supportive session helps build strength, improve coordination, and boost confidence—all levels welcome.
Whether you’re new to fitness or already active, this class is a great way to move, sweat, and stay motivated.
In this class young people will learn the following:
- The differences between Cardiovascular and Strength training.
- Supervised training, Teens will learn proper exercise techniques and the Importance of exercise.
- Proper behavior in a gym environment.
- Different types of fitness classes available.
- The advantages of regular exercise.
- How to interact with other gym users.
