The new centre's sports hall is large enough to provide 4 badminton courts, has a state-of-the-art basketball court and is suitable for a variety of indoor activities such as indoor football, volleyball, gymnastics and children’s coaching.

The hall has a sprung floor, a viewing gallery which will accommodate 200 people and caters to the needs of people of all ages and sporting abilities.

Available for hire for indoor football, Tallaght Leisure Centre’s sports hall can accommodate 6-a-side teams, so that football can be enjoyed all year round regardless of weather conditions.

Boasting a superb basketball court, which meets League specifications, our sports hall is a great asset for basketball enthusiasts.

With 4 badminton courts available for hire by clubs, schools, or individuals, our sports hall can be enjoyed by all ages and abilities.

Although there is currently no volleyball club or formal organisation based at the Centre, the volleyball court is available for hire.

While there is, at present, no formal netball club or organisation based at the Centre, the netball court is available for hire by interested groups. Please contact the Centre for further information.

Groups may hire our sports hall year round, subject to approval and prior scheduling by Tallaght Leisure Centre. All hirers must complete an application form and supply a certificate of insurance with an indemnity to Tallaght Leisure Centre and South Dublin County Council.
