WORKOUT USING THE TRX SUSPENSION TRAINER
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

The TRX Suspension Trainer:

Alternate class types

TRX HIIT
An enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.

TRX Extreme Cardio
This form of TRX will focus on building up cardiovascular fitness with the end goal of increasing your endurance and fitness longevity.

TRX Power Core
Develop the strength and stability needed in the core, hips and throughout the body in order to train for power effectively.
